- A 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.
- Registration is required for those who will attend the scientific meetings as a listener or as a company representative.
- Registration includes access to the entire scientific program and exhibition area, access to lunch, coffee breaks, brochure and other printed materials.

- In order to benefit from the early registration price within the scope of registration procedures, you need to complete your payment within the early registration period. If you register during the early registration period and pay after the late registration period starts, the late registration period amounts will be applied.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
BANK TRANSFER
In the online registration module, when you select any service type from the “Participant Type(s)”, “Accommodation(s)”, “Transfer(s)”, “Event(s)”, “Course(s)” sections on the top menu, the service you have selected is added to the “Cart”. You can see the registration type you added in the “Cart” section on the left menu. When you click on the “Payment by Bank Transfer” button from the payment options just below the services, the system will save your transactions. In the “Services I Purchased” section on the left menu, you can see the details you have saved to the system. When you making the bank transfer, we kindly ask you to write in the description section, the “Order No: ITFXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX” information written in the upper left corner of the details here. An example of the description that should be included in the receipt is “ITFC26 - ITFXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX - Name and Surname”. After completing the bank transfer, you need to upload the payment receipt from the “Upload Receipt” button in the upper right corner of the details in the “Services I Purchased” section.
CREDIT CARD
In the online registration module, when you select any service type from the “Participant Type(s)”, “Accommodation(s)”, “Transfer(s)”, “Event(s)”, “Course(s)” sections on the top menu, the service you have selected is added to the “Cart”. You can see the registration type you added in the “Cart” section on the left menu. When you click on the “Payment by Credit Card” button from the payment options just below the services, the system will save your transactions and a window will open for you to enter your card information. When you click on the “Make Payment” button, the transaction will be completed.
